Working Foreman – Groundworks – Newbury RG14

Location: Newbury, RG14
Role: Working Foreman / Groundworks Foreman / Groundworks Supervisor

We are currently looking for an experienced Working Foreman to join a groundworks company on a project in Newbury, RG14.

The successful candidate will have strong previous groundworks site experience and be confident working as a hands-on Foreman while overseeing site activities and completing the required paperwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Working Foreman duties on a groundworks site

• Supervising and coordinating groundworks activities

• Experience with sheet piling

• Experience with drainage and groundworks

• Experience working with piling / piling operations

• Working alongside and coordinating groundworkers and piling mates

• Completing site paperwork, records and relevant documentation

• Ensuring works are carried out safely and efficiently

• Liaising with site management and the wider site team

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Working Foreman, Groundworks Foreman or Groundworks Supervisor

• Strong groundworks experience

• Experience with sheet piling, drainage and piling

• Previous experience working on construction sites

• Relevant site certificates and qualifications

• Ability to complete site paperwork

• Good understanding of site health & safety

• Reliable and able to take responsibility on site
