Site Manager – School Refurbishment – ENHANCED DBS ESSENTIAL

£250 per day
Start date – Monday 19th October 2026
Frontline Construction Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to work on a school refurbishment project in Oxford.
ENHANCED DBS CERTIFICATE IS ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE.
The successful candidate will have previous Site Management experience within refurbishment, fit-out or internal finishing projects, together with the relevant site qualifications.
Duties:
- Manage the day-to-day running of the site
- Coordinate subcontractors and finishing trades
- Manage internal refurbishment and fit-out works
- Coordinate M&E, flooring and decorating packages
- Manage site logistics, deliveries and materials
- Ensure works are completed safely, on programme and to a high standard
- Liaise with the client, subcontractors and project team
- Maintain high standards of health and safety
Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS Certificate – ESSENTIAL
- Previous experience as a Site Manager
- Refurbishment, fit-out or school project experience
- SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- First Aid
- Experience coordinating M&E and finishing trades
- Strong communication and organisational skills
