Site Manager – Industrial Strip Out | Luton (LU1) | Immediate Start
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a small industrial unit strip out project in Luton (LU1) starting Monday 27th April.
Scope of works includes:
- Strip out of alarm & fire electrical systems
- Blockwork demolition
- Floor repairs
Key Responsibilities:
- Full site Health & Safety management (primary focus)
- Coordinating trades & ensuring works run to schedule
- Maintaining site compliance and standards
Requirements:
- Valid SMSTS / CSCS / First Aid
- Proven experience managing strip out / demolition projects
- Strong H&S knowledge and leadership on site
- Available to start immediately
