Receptionist
Location: Milton Keynes
Contract: Ongoing Temporary Contract
Hours: Wednesdays & Fridays, 8:00am – 5:00pm
We are currently recruiting for a professional and reliable Receptionist to join a busy facilities operations team on a large commercial site. This is an ongoing temporary position offering regular weekly work.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors, contractors, and staff, ensuring a welcoming and professional front-of-house service at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Managing incoming calls and enquiries
- Signing visitors in and out of site
- Handling administrative duties and data entry
- Managing meeting room bookings and visitor arrangements
- Supporting the wider facilities team with general office administration
- Maintaining a professional and organised reception area
Requirements:
- Previous reception or front-of-house experience preferred
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and manner
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
