Our client has an opportunity for a Project Manager to join their established team on a permanent basis.
Their Head Office is based in Milton Keynes with projects within a 60-mile radius.
Our client specializes in the industrial and commercial sector with project ranging from £1M - £20M.
The nature of the projects will generally be industrial units comprising of steel frame, metal cladding, Cat-A fitout and external works including civils & drainage.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage the construction of each project ensuring sites are ready to run efficiently and safely with agreed programme of works
- Arrange adequate resources for project delivery, safety and standard of work
- Working to drawings and spec
- Producing short term programmes for the site team to work to, either as an individual or in collaboration with the Contracts Manager
- Assist in the production of the monthly progress report from a standard template and obtain all required information for this to be produced
- Chairing weekly meetings with the site team and sub-contractors
- Attend monthly client meetings
- Liaise with the design team to ensure deadlines are met to suit construction sequence
- Attend design team / sub-contractor meetings as required
- Provide solutions to queries on site
- Review construction RAMS
- Ensure high standards set by the company are maintained across all sites
Requirements
- SMSTS certificate (Essential)
- CSCS card (Essential)
- First Aid at Work certificate (Essential)
- UK driving license (Essential)
- Temporary works certificate (Desirable)
- Scaffold inspection certificate (Desirable)
