Our client is seeking a young and driven Project Manager on a permanent basis.
You will be responsible for the successful delivery of medium to large-scale works within the demolition and recycling industries.
Working form their head office in Henlow, Bedfordshire you will be required to conduct site visits as required by business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Management of programmes to ensure the effective delivery of projects in terms of both time and budget
• Project planning and risk assessment
• Maintain quality standards and consistently provide excellent customer service
• Effective documentation control
• Be a key figure in developing and culminating Quality systems and undertaking audits
• Ensure that Health & Safety legislation is adhered to
Requirements:
• Proven track record of successful customer relationship management
• Proven experience of auditing on quality and safety standards
• Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
• Great communication skills and ability to manage allocated resources
• Ability to operate autonomously and with minimal supervision
• Discretion and confidentiality governing sensitive data
• Full driving license
Skills & Qualifications:
• Relevant experience in Project/Managerial roles
• Professional qualifications in quality assurance or management systems
• Relevant qualifications in safety management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
Salary - £25,000 to £45,000 per annum DOE.
