Operations and Delivery Manager
Location: Office-based (West Bromwich) with site visits
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 (DOE)

The Opportunity:
An expanding double glazing company is recruiting an Operations and Delivery Manager to oversee projects from contract sign-off through to completion. Applicants must have a strong operational background within the double glazing, windows, or doors industry to ensure installations are delivered on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate installation schedules across multiple projects
- Manage procurement, supplier negotiations, and material logistics
- Supervise contractors and fitting teams to maintain quality standards
- Act as the main operational contact for clients during project delivery
- Monitor budgets, flag risks, and report savings
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven operational management experience within double glazing / fenestration
- Commercial awareness and strong supplier negotiation skills
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
- IT-literate with project management and CRM experience
