Experienced CSCS Labourers Required – Holland Park, W8 (Immediate Start)

We are looking for experienced CSCS Labourers to join our team on a high-end residential refurbishment project in Holland Park, W8, London.

This is an immediate start for reliable, hardworking labourers with previous construction site experience who understand how to work carefully in high-value residential properties.

Duties will include:

• Careful strip out of kitchens and bathrooms
• Removing wall and floor tiles
• Lifting and protecting floorboards
• General soft strip-out works
• Keeping work areas clean and organised
• Assisting site management as required

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS Card (essential)
• Own PPE (hard hat, hi-vis, boots, etc.)
• Previous experience on construction sites
• Experience carrying out strip-out or demolition works
• Ability to work carefully and to a high standard
• Good attitude, reliability and strong work ethic
• References from previous employers

This is high-end residential work, so we're looking for labourers who can take pride in their work, follow instructions, protect existing finishes, and understand the importance of working carefully and professionally.
