CSCS Labourer Required – Radlett, WD7

We are currently looking for a reliable and hardworking CSCS Labourer for an immediate start on a busy construction site in Radlett, WD7, Hertfordshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated General Labourer looking for long-term, ongoing work with a well-established contractor. The site is fast-paced, so we're looking for someone who can work efficiently, follow instructions, and become a valued member of the site team.

Job Details

Location: Radlett, WD7
Position: CSCS Labourer / General Labourer
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: Long-term ongoing work
Hours: Full-time

Duties Include

• Site set-up and preparation
• Keeping the site clean, tidy, and safe
• Vehicle marshalling and safely directing deliveries and traffic on site
• Letting authorised vehicles onto site
• Assisting site management and trades as required
• General labouring duties
• Following all site health and safety procedures

Requirements

• Valid CSCS Card (essential)
• Previous construction site labouring experience
• Ability to work on a busy, fast-paced construction site
• Two checkable work references
• Good communication skills and a strong work ethic
• Reliable and punctual

Preferred

• Full UK driving licence and own transport, as the site is difficult to access by public transport or on foot.
