JCB 3CX / 180 Backhoe Loader Operator Required

Rate: Competitive- £26-£27

We are currently recruiting for an experienced JCB 3CX / 180 Backhoe Loader Operator to join a busy construction team working on a variety of groundwork and civil engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Safe and efficient operation of a JCB 3CX / 180 Backhoe Loader.

• Excavation, trenching and backfilling.

• Loading materials and site clearance.

• Assisting groundworkers and other site operatives as required.

• Carrying out daily machine checks and reporting any defects.

• Working safely and following all site health and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Valid CPCS Blue Card or NPORS (CSCS Logo) for Backhoe Loader (180 Excavator Loader).

• Proven experience operating a JCB 3CX / 180 Backhoe Loader on construction or civils projects.

• Good understanding of site health and safety.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Full UK driving licence preferred.

• Reliable, punctual and safety-conscious.
