Commercial Maintenance Electrician – London
Temp to Perm
£Hourly pay + Van + Fuel Card
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Maintenance Electrician to join a growing and well-established building services contractor delivering planned and reactive maintenance across commercial properties throughout London.
This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified electrician looking for long-term work with the opportunity to secure a permanent position within a busy and expanding business.
The successful candidate will have strong commercial experience and be confident working independently across a range of commercial environments carrying out installations, maintenance, remedial works and fault finding.
Duties Will Include
- Planned and reactive electrical maintenance
- Installation of new power and lighting circuits
- 3 phase electrical works
- EICR remedial works
- Lighting replacements and upgrades
- Electrical fault finding and repairs
- Working across commercial buildings throughout London
- Using CAFM systems via phone/tablet to manage job sheets and schedules
- Reporting remedial works and surveying additional works where required
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent
- 18th Edition
- IPAF Licence
- Testing & Inspection qualification advantageous
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Previous experience within commercial maintenance
- Strong fault-finding ability
- Experience working on commercial electrical systems
