Electrical Contracts Manager required urgently in Bedford.
Role and duties:
- Meeting clients and surveying prospective work, preparing information on labour and materials to enable quotes to be produced
- Manage, program and deliver multiple projects from start to completion
- Cost efficient buying of project packages: Labour, materials, plant and subcontractors alongside our procurement team
- Manage and control quality of works and the health and safety of projects
- Manage RFI’s, Tech Subs, design, changes and variations
- Hands on installation and testing of works, if necessary
- Plus, any other duties deemed necessary to fulfill the senior role proposed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- IT literate. AutoCAD experience would be an advantage.
- Trade and H&S qualified
- Experienced in a broad range of installation work and testing.
- Experienced in commercial / industrial installation / maintenance.
- Full UK and clean driving license.
