We are currently looking for an experienced Carpenter to carry out door hanging and second-fix carpentry works on a busy construction site.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience hanging internal doors and be confident working to a high standard with minimal supervision.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Hanging and fitting internal doors.
- Installing door frames, linings and architraves.
- Fitting door furniture, including hinges, handles and locks.
- Adjusting and trimming doors to ensure a precise fit.
- Carrying out general second-fix carpentry duties.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and tidy working area.
Requirements
- Proven experience in door hanging and second-fix carpentry.
- Relevant CSCS card.
- Own tools and full PPE.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- High standard of workmanship.
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
