We are currently looking for an experienced Carpenter to join a refurbishment project in Peckham, SE15.

This is an immediate start for an experienced site carpenter with a strong background in residential refurbishment and general carpentry.

Carpenter Duties:

• Lifting and replacing existing floorboards
• Fitting and replacing skirting boards
• Fitting and replacing architraves
• General carpentry and joinery works
• Making good and completing finishing carpentry
• Working as part of a refurbishment team
• Maintaining a high standard of workmanship throughout the property

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Carpenter / Site Carpenter
• Previous experience working on refurbishment projects
• Good experience with skirting, architraves and floorboards
• Own tools
• Reliable and available for an immediate start
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good attention to detail and quality of finish
