Receptionist
Our client looking for a Receptionist to manage the front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical duties. The Receptionist will report to the Finance Director and will based at the head office in Milton Keynes.
The ideal candidate for this role will have Admin experience in a Construction, Manufacturing or Industrial business.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome visitors
- Answer and forward calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail/deliveries
- Order stationery and maintain stock levels
- Ensure smooth running of the office day to day, arrange any necessary repairs
- Schedule meeting rooms
- Use a range of office software including email and spreadsheets
- Administration of IT equipment, and mobile phone contracts for staff
