FM Coordinator Required
Due to an increase of projects my client is looking to add to their existing team. We are currently hiring a Facilities Management Coordinator for a major building contractor based in Milton Keynes who specialise in Commercial refurb and Facilities Management services.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Be the primary contact for telephone calls & emails, answering them in a timely manner
- Log incoming reactive jobs on the system and allocate to the site team
- Update customers on progress of projects, ensuring they are satisfied with the service they've received
- Build strong relationships on site with suppliers & sub-contractors to assist with the overall service
- Raising purchase orders
- Raising quotes in order to upload to client/portal
- Organising materials, MEWPS for upcoming work
- Produce cost management reports
- Providing general administrative support to the wider FM team
The candidate for this FM Coordinator position must be punctual, reliable and have a proven track record.
